You will now find a copy of the ORDER OF SERVICE AND ANNOUNCEMENTS on our website. This is updated weekly and there is a link to this on the website home page. Short PRAYER MEETING every Sunday at 10.45 in the Vestry. Prayer cards can be found on the "giving table" or in the pocket in front of your chair. Feel free to come into the Vestry at any time. Prayers can be said loud or silent in one’s mind. Everyone will be made most welcome. This Sunday we want to pray to love others, for patience and kindness towards the hard to love. PRAYER CHAIN: to join the chain this month, speak to our minister, Jenny, Jane or Christa. REQUEST FOR FAVOURITE HYMNS - You can request that we sing a special hymn by filling in the hymn request form which can be found on the table by the entrance door or by contacting our minister. Please place your requests into the purple box in front of the lectern. SINGING FOR FUN – on Wednesday, 14 October, in the Church Hall at 2pm – just come along – have some fun – bring £2 for hall fees. MEN'S DISCUSSION GROUP – There will not be a meeting on 15th October as it is the evening of the Aboyne & Deeside Heritage Society. Next men’s discussion will be on 22nd October in the MacKenzie Room at 7pm. The CHURCH TOILET is currently out of use, but the hall is unlocked and the toilets there are available for use. Waiting for approval from Aberdeenshire Council to install a new sewer pipe. St Thomas’s Episcopal Church will be holding a SERVICE OF NINE LESSONS AND CAROLS on Sunday 13 December at 18:00 hours. Beginning on Monday 19 October, Choir practices will be held in St Thomas’s Church on Monday afternoons from 14:00 to 15:30 hours.
